Durack Institute of Technology values client feedback about any aspect of our services and will actively seek such feedback and utilise this feedback to better meet client needs.

Quality Feedback Stations can be found at various locations around the Institute. Here you can complete a quality feedback form and place it in the secure box provided. Feedback forms are collected and responded to on a regular basis.

Taking a Complaint Further

If you have a complaint that you do not wish to raise directly with us, or after dealing with us you are not satisfied with the outcome you may refer the matter to the Ombudsman Western Australia.
