Aboriginal Offshore Oil & Gas Employment Opportunity

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent are invited to apply for a place in the Aboriginal Maritime Training Program.

Successful completion of the 10 week full-time program will lead to employment in WA’s Offshore Oil & Gas Industry.

If you are a registered jobseeker with a Job Service Agency all costs should be covered. Check with your JSA to confirm.  Costs covered include:

  • course fees
  • bus transfers
  • weekday meals and accommodation (for participants who live outside of the training location).

If you are not a registered jobseeker, the fees and charges will be negotiated.

There are 15 places in the first intake which starts on 25 July. Applications close 15 July.
