Each year, Durack offers scholarships for full-time study through two scholarship programs:
- Community Scholarship Program - sponsored by local industry and community partners for students enrolled in specific courses across a range of industry areas; and
- Rio Tinto Aboriginal Scholarship Program - for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students in any course linked to employment outcomes.
The scholarships valued at $500 each help recipients meet the cost of their course fees, course materials or accommodation on campus at Pepperell Village.
Eligible students must first submit a written application form. Recipients are then selected via a competitive selection process. The selection panel considers regional and remote applications, future career and study goals, and benefits to the community as important assessment criteria.
For further information about the scholarship programs, contact the client services team on 1800 672 700 or email marketing@durack.edu.au
